Terms of Use

This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs your use of the products and services of this platform, including websites, mobile applications, progressive web apps, digital content, functional modules, online events, and various derivative products developed and operated by TECHQUE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "We") (collectively referred to as the "Services"). The platform uses IP geolocation technology to identify device locations for the purpose of verifying service eligibility. You may not use the Services or submit personal information to the platform under any of the following circumstances: 1) refusal to accept this Agreement; 2) being a new user under the age of 18; 3) device location shows that you are in mainland China or Hong Kong.

In this Agreement, "Personal Information" refers to any data that can directly or indirectly identify a user's identity. This Agreement includes the TECHQUE LIMITED Global User Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") and the Community Guidelines, which together constitute a legal agreement between the platform and the user (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You"). The platform rewards users through interactions in games and other scenarios. You may limit data collection through device settings, but this may affect the platform's ability to track your game data, resulting in uncalculated reward points and limited reward redemption features.

Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver: This Agreement includes binding arbitration provisions and a class action waiver, applicable to all disputes against the platform. In accordance with local laws, disputes must be resolved through arbitration, and users waive their right to initiate class action lawsuits. This provision may limit your right to sue in court, participate in jury trials, or join class action lawsuits. The arbitration procedure will take place in Hong Kong in accordance with Hong Kong laws.

Fair Use and Anti-Fraud Clause: We are committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment and anti-fraud mechanisms. Users can only earn rewards through compliant game behaviors and valid interactions on the platform. As part of anti-fraud measures, the platform prohibits the use of automated scripts, emulators, cheat programs, and other cheating tools, and monitors for abnormal behaviors. For suspicious accounts, the platform may require additional identity verification. If fraud is confirmed, the platform may freeze the account and corresponding reward points. Users may appeal against the freezing decision, and the platform will review the decision based on the evidence provided by the user.

Reward Program Explanation: The reward program is designed by TECHQUE LIMITED, and the method of earning points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") and the rules for redemption (such as cash rewards) depend on user preferences, game choices, activity levels, special events, and other factors. Different users may earn different points for the same behavior. Specific rules can be found in the platform's Reward Center.

Point Redemption Limit: The maximum value that can be redeemed in a single calendar year is 1,825 USD or its equivalent in rewards.

Point Validity: Points have a validity period. According to applicable laws, if an account has no point activity for 180 consecutive days, the platform has the right to reset the points and deactivate the account.

1.Eligibility

1.1 This Agreement becomes effective when the user starts using the Services or creates a TECHQUE LIMITED account (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement Term"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

2.Service Availability

2.1 The platform offers redeemable reward points through game interactions and advertising views. We will continuously optimize the service content, and new features will automatically be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2.2 Due to technical, regulatory, or other restrictions, some services may not be available in all regions at all times. The use of VPNs or similar tools to hide real geographical locations is prohibited. The platform has the right to verify and restrict access to services using technical means.

2.3 If the user is located in a sanctioned country or on a relevant list (such as the United Nations Security Council sanctions list, the European Union sanctions list, etc.), the platform has the right to restrict services or terminate the account. The user shall bear legal responsibility and compensation obligations arising from this.

2.4 The platform shall not be liable for any breach of contract due to service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.), but this shall not affect the obligation to fulfill rewards already earned by the user.

3.Usage License

3.1 During the Agreement Term, the user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited right to use the platform services. Ownership and intellectual property rights of the services remain with the platform.

3.2 Without written permission, users may not: i) Copy, modify, or distribute service content; ii) Reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the source code; iii) Use modified versions of the services; iv) Remove copyright notices from the services.

3.3 The platform may recommend third-party components (such as cooperative games), and related services are independently operated by third parties. Users must comply with the applicable terms of use and privacy policies.

3.4 The availability, security, and legal responsibilities of third-party components are borne by the respective providers, and the platform does not assume joint liability.

3.5 User suggestions for improvements to the platform services (hereinafter referred to as "Feedback") will automatically become the platform's property, and we have the right to use the related ideas free of charge.

4.Intellectual Property

4.1 The services include copyrighted content, trademarks, and proprietary information that are protected.

4.2 The platform holds copyright over content selection and optimization results, and no unauthorized use is allowed.

5.User Code of Conduct

5.1 Users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations and are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors: Registering multiple accounts (except with special platform permission) Transferring or selling accounts Operating accounts on behalf of others Sharing account permissions Using accounts for commercial purposes Using tools like VPNs to hide real locations Interfering with service operations through automation tools or cheating methods Registering with temporary email addresses or auto-redirect links Accessing services through unofficial channels Using services in sanctioned regions Using misleading or infringing account names Interfering with other users' normal use

6.Data Processing

6.1 To verify user eligibility, conduct promotional activities, calculate rewards, and optimize services, the platform will collect device information, usage data, and game behavior data. As the independent data controller, the platform will fulfill its obligations in accordance with applicable laws.

6.2 Participation in the reward program requires authorization for the platform to collect and process game data. Some features may be restricted as a result.

7.Reward Mechanism

7.1 Users can earn points and virtual items through games, watching ads, completing tasks (e.g., surveys, inviting friends), and participating in activities. The rewards users receive for the same actions may vary, and the system will dynamically adjust reward coefficients based on user behavior patterns.

7.2 The platform needs to collect game data to operate the reward program, and some data may come from cooperative game providers.

7.3 Users can use points to redeem various rewards offered by the platform (e.g., gift cards, lottery opportunities, etc.), with specific redemption rules based on the reward catalog. Reward values are calculated before taxes, and users are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7.4 Reward acquisition is subject to activity rules, participation frequency, regional restrictions, and other factors, which will be specified by the platform.

7.5 Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. They are promotional benefits, and the platform has the right to set an expiration date and usage restrictions for points. Accounts with no point activity for 180 consecutive days will have their points reset automatically (except where prior notice is required by law).

7.6 Users must redeem rewards through the platform's reward center. The platform is not involved in disputes between users and third-party service providers.

7.7 The platform has the right to adjust the content and implementation of the reward program, including testing different reward structures.

8.Competitions and Promotional Activities

8.1 The platform will periodically organize competitions and promotional activities (hereinafter referred to as "Promotional Activities"), with specific rules to be outlined in the activity announcements.

8.2 Some promotional activities (such as sweepstakes) may only be conducted in regions where it is legally permitted, and activity rewards must meet specific conditions to be granted.

8.3 Unless otherwise specified: i) Promotional activities will end at 23:59 UTC time; ii) Activity rewards will not apply to past behavior; iii) In case of multiple activity participation, the highest reward will apply. Users should review the activity rules themselves.

9.Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

9.1 The platform provides services "as is" and does not bear any express or implied warranty responsibility.

9.2 The platform will not be liable for indirect losses arising from the use of services, unless there is gross negligence or intentional breach of contract.

9.3 Users are responsible for their own legal compliance and will indemnify the platform for any losses resulting from user violations.

10.Account Management

10.1 Users may stop using the service at any time. The platform will retain account data for 18 months, after which the account will be automatically canceled and unused rewards will be cleared (except where retention is required by law).

10.2 The platform has the right to terminate accounts due to legal requirements or violations. After termination, users will lose access to the service and any unused rewards.

11.Amendments to the Agreement

11.1 The platform has the right to revise this agreement at any time, and the latest version will be published on the Terms of Use page. Significant changes will be notified in advance, except in urgent situations (such as to prevent abuse or to comply with legal requirements). Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.Dispute Resolution

12.1 Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), governed by Hong Kong law.

12.2 If the dispute amount does not exceed the small claims court's threshold in Hong Kong, both parties may choose to file a lawsuit with the small claims court.

13.Governing Law

13.1 This agreement is governed by Hong Kong law, and disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. However, EU users must comply with the EU legal appendix terms.

14.Miscellaneous

14.1 Invalidity of any part of the agreement will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

14.2 The platform’s failure to exercise any rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

14.3 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all previous communications.
